New with the LG Venus

Hi group!

I'm new in this comminuty and wanna know something ... I just buy a new Lg Venus phone to replace my Sony Ericson Z520a .... my Z520 run with My Phone Explorer in bluetooth .... then now I try with couple of warez to play with my Venus .... I try Mobiledit, Cell Phone Manager ... I can't connect to the phone, I try bluetooth the pairing is ok.... windows see my phone, but the soft wan'T communicate with my Venus, I try also with the usb cable, but I don't have any drivers or cd in the box ....

So in fact wanna know what I need to manage my contact list, message with my LG Venus ....

You can't upload 3rd party applications to your phone unless you do it through Get It Now. To manage contacts, ringtones, and pictures use BitPim.

Hi!

I call yesterday night my carrier support ... then I found the usb driver for my venus .... then now I can connect with bitpim to my sell .... I see all of my contact, I try also with bluetooth, without succes!

My cell are paired with my laptop, I see in the cell my laptop, and the laptop in my cell ... but won't connect.... any other clue with this??? I click find phone, but in bluetooth, Detect nothing!

Bitpim can only auto detect a phone when it uses native windows drivers. You can manually set the com port and it will still work over bluetooth.

Hi! I try all the com port from 1 to 14, and no luck! bluetooth won't work ... nywayz the usb work! Only 2 questions, if I want to add ringtone, did I only have to put it I the SD card or the ring tone are in the phone memory?? and the mp3??
