Leave of Absence questions..

Later this year I will be leaving my RSC position to perform military duty for a period of 7 months. While I do understand that I will have full re-employment rights under USERRA, I was wondering if anyone has gone thru something similar and can answer some questions for me..

-How much notice should I give to my RSM?

-Will I be able to keep my COU/ERP lines? (Doubt it, just thought I'd ask)

-Do I accumulate still time-in-service for seniority/hourly pay/transfer considerations?

Thanks for the tip. I found the bargained LOA policy and it has lots of good info.
