at&t coverage at WellStar Kennestone in Marietta horrible

recently got assigned to WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, the second busiest facility other than Grady in Georgia and to my dismay, my at&t service is poor in most of the green, purple and blue towers, even marginal on some of the open campus areas. My T-Mobile phone is much better except in the switch room (understandable) and full scale most elsewhere even on the lower levels.

Most of the folks I work with use Verizon as the hospital has a contract for cellular and paging. I have tried several handsets, my Nokias seem to be the best but still have almost no useable signal. I have called at&t and they have given me every excuse in the book. They refuse to open a trouble ticket or forward this major hole to engineering.

Other carriers including Metro PCS seem to work reliably indoors here (even Metro works in our switch room amazingly) but I guess at&t forgot about this area (even though it's right off I-75 near Marietta). Ideas on anyone to contact? at&t can't be this asleep at the wheel, seems like they would want to have superior coverage in a large faclity like this...
