To all Ive found a site that you can upload any mp3 song and change it into a ringtone for your phone. The site has a chop sequence and also has it where you can share your uploaded ringtones to your friends. Im to lazy to explain all this so just go to the site and see for yourself. Some phone vary some services also and heres something that may interest you that its all free to send to your phone but not free for text services unless you have unlimited texting and yada yada yada just check it out.
