I'm looking to convert my existing voice line to a data line and will no longer need my HTC Mogul. Problem is I'm on contract and Sprint wont offer me the compass 597 for the $49.99 new subscriber price.

The Mogul is roughly 3 months old with a few light scratches but in perfect working order. Updated to the latest official RevA/GPS upgrade. Works good for both voice and data. Mainly have been using with PAM (phone as modem).
Includes original box, manuals, cd, usb data cable, 4GB microSDHC memory card, wall charger, battery, and 4 stylus's/ballpoint pens. (3 of them still brand new)
I might have an extra wall charger and car charger laying around somewhere that I'll throw in as a bonus if they can be found, otherwise it includes what was mentioned.

Would prefer to trade for a Compass 597 modem by Sierra.

Will also sell outright for $260 shipped, which is about what it'll cost for me to buy the compass 597 from sprint at retail price.

$260 for regular UPS ground w/tracking.

Just looking for enough to buy the compass 597 at retail price since sprint wont sell it to me for the $49.99 new subscriber price. Or of course, just an even trade for one.

Not seeing any edit buttons here.. but price is dropped to $200 shipped. That's as low as I'll go.

Will give it until end of today and then off to ebay.
