Moto V9m MEID help

I recently bought a sprint moto v9m used. I switched to cricket and zero'd out the spc. But the esn that i got from converting the hex comes out invalid when i try to do an esn swap with cricket to my account. The reason why i converted the hex and not the MEID was becasue the v9m had its sticker (with the MEID on it) was removed prior to me buying it. So my question is, is there a way to generate the MEID from the hex ors esn? Because apperantly cricket will accept that.
Can anyone help please?

You should be able to find the MEID from the phone menu. Under a phone information menu.
