The upper back part of my phone, right above the battery cover, is coming apart because I've accidentally dropped it.
If anyone could help me and guide me through taking it apart, post it here

My girlfriend's back cover came off entirely. The phone has been acting really strange, totally losing the phone's on board memory, resetting the date to 1/1/2000, losing the Call log, and I can't update the firmware either. It says the USB device is not recognized.
