Due to my experience with allen20082008 on ebay, I'm now making a list of non-ethical ebay sellers for your reference to reduce YOUR grief. If you've had bad experiences with any ebay seller currently selling unlocked sims or even phones please report here. Here's what I need from you:

Quote:

1) Seller's name on ebay
2) What were you purchasing?
3) What happened to the item? (was the product defective? was it dead on arrival?)
4) What was his refund/return policy stated on the item's description?
5) What did you tell him and What did he do in the end regarding the issue?

** If you had multiple conversations with him/her, number them with i), ii), iii)... to break down the summary of each convo (see my post below).

Here's mine:

1) allen20082008

2) SimKJ (aka. i-smartsim 2008)

3) I paid 60 USD for SIMKJ which was said to work on 80% of all countries and found that the sim wouldn't let me dial out or send SMS (it only allows incoming calls and SMS)

4) He said if the sim didn't work, he would send me a new sim for free or offer refund. Also, if a new sim arrives all of a sudden, he would ship me the latest sim for free.

5)i) I told him that the sim was defective and he said he would offer me a new sim but I must pay for the EMS shipping service.
ii)I asked for refund and he tried to avoid me.
iii) He offered me cheaper shipping (via HK air mail) @ $10 which is relatively slower.
iv) When asked if the new sim doesn't work, how will he compensate, I was told that I would have to pay for EMS of another new sim.
v) When demanded for full refund ($60) if the new sim didn't work, allen states he will only settle for a $30 refund.

This user is unethical! Do NOT BUY FROM HIM.

I made this post here because this is mainly a list of bad ebay sellers selling k-tai related products. This is the prime area where people who are looking into buying a k-tai would search and so I believe it's best that we leave it here so the majority of those can see this.

Hmmm well I've had one person I would suggest to black list.

When I was first buying a P905i I was bidding on multiple auctions (lol don't call me stupid one of them I was expecting to lose because the price was waaaaay too low)

I bid on this guy

Username & Description: WT_WAR, it says he has 0 feedback but he had a few before he disappeared off the face of the earth lol.......anyways he sells hypersim unlocks and foma handsets. This was the auction that I was intending to lose and wanted to lose because I placed a bid on it by accident and I was bidding 200 dollars below the sell usual win price for a P905i at the time and I had doubts about him since he had only a few feedbacks yet somehow I won. *time ran out too fast I guess lol

Problem: So immediately after I won he tells me he was hacked and stuff and that the auction ended earlier then he expected which I think was a load of bull so I immediately just ignored him and didn't pay the winning bid (duh) and deleted the winning auction off my list

Well telling you people to black list him really isn't going to matter because his account is abandoned and for some reason he only has 2 feedbacks and one of them is a negative feedback so I doubt anyone will buy from him anyways.

What I'm warning people about is the site that was advertised in his auctions
www . innovatelement . com (avoiding a direct link) since the seller was so suspicious I figured the site he runs or works for is just as equally suspicious so if anyone is looking to buy a Docomo handset and ever does stumble upon this site beware that the people working here are unethical and bad liars.

oh and in the end I ended up winning a auction with lol.dqn or dqn.lol >_> lol I forgot which name....who is a trustworthy seller and also gives freebies lol <--- omg so much Lol's in that sentence D:

PS. Allen is also selling Next V7 sims WTF? I thought Alven was the seller for that........wow now he jacked the guys name lol and I don't believe that he was the original Next seller especially since his sims don't work as you described while the V7 I got from Alven do work.

That "allen20082008" guy might come off as a blacklist seller but its strange because I asked him a few minutes ago (on skype voice call) about the hypersims that he was carrying and he didn't seem like a bad person. Although he didn't really understand the English that i was saying so I think the main problem with this guy is that it's just a simple mis-communication problem.

Most of us should be fluent in English and he's probably not. So some words and sentence structures, he's not understanding so he just probably skips it while reading.

When I asking him random things about his hypersims he was pretty friendly at explaining everything to me when I asked him about it in Chinese.
