Help with seem

I am trying to change a seem on my w315 and everytime I push send to phone it does not send nothing to the phone also it shows the phone connected on port com5, I am using usb.
I have tried p2kman, p2kseem, p2k advance editor none of these will work please help

Also I cannot edit files in the nvm file system is there a way to unlock this folder???
