Whenever I synchronize a video to my HTC shadow, the quality is terrible. For instance, I synchronize a video thats supposed to be 40mb, it just makes it like 2 mb, and it doesnt use the whole screen, instead its a small video with bad quality and you can't see anything. Is there a way to fix this? Or am I synchronizing it wrong?

What type of video format (conatainer & CODEC) is the original
"Synchronise" via what? WMP?
Playback via the stock Windows Mobile MS Media Player?

If you use a third party player such as the free TCPMP media player then to playback you shouldn't need to convert most video formats (480p & lower resolutions with Xvid, WMV, DivX, h264 (usually at lower resolutions, and other mp4 CODECs) to play on your phone. Just copy the video to an SD card or to your phone to play.
