w580i, PC Suite, and iTunes music

Isn't the SE PC Suite supposed to convert iTunes files? I had a friend who used the PC suite to move her iTunes files to her phone, but only some of them moved over, not all of them. Would anyone know why that would happen? why all of them can't be converted? Thanks.
