K810i: Daylight meter for video capturing

Iīm looking for a firmware hack or a program to detect whether video capturing can be done with the normal (daylight) mode at good quality. Some sort of green light or so.
Iīve learned that the red light of autofocus imaging should indicate to less natural light. My personal default mode is night scene without autofocus (plus kopritis driver) so I canīt switch directly to autofocus. Any suggestions?
