V360 not connecting with PC

I plugged my Motorola V360 into my PC, but my PC does not recognize new hardware. Do I need the driver?...if so, where do I get it. I've only see the "wireless modem" dirver....is that the one?
Or...do I need special software?
Any thoughts?
