SE W580i slow video accessing and deleting

has anyone else had to wait about seven second before viewing all video clips and then if you tried to delete a video, had to wait? about then about ten seconds for it to delete
this didn't always happen, anyone have any ideas what might be causing it?

its never happend to me, ive got a w580 and it doesnt do that, go and have it checked out by a fone repair shop
