Move contacts from 755p to BB Pearl

I posted this in the RIM forum and haven't got a correct answer yet, so I hope you guys can help. I just picked up a BB Pearl 8100 that I'm using on AT&T for email and I need to get my contacts over to it. Anyone know how?

If you have the contacts sync'd with Outlook on your computer, then you should be able to just install the BB software and synchronize your BB with your computer. Found this on some site I Googled.

Or you could just bluetooth them from the Treo to the BB.

also blackberry desktop manager has a tool built in called switch device wizard for this very thing. or sync treo to outlook then sync bb to outlook. or take both phones into a store and they can xfer them.
