Does anyone know what may be wrong? Is it a software issue? I have spoken to tech support about it and they claim it is not a known issue, and turn to replacing the phone each time. However I know a few people that have had their Blackjack II's replaced twice already and still have the same issue. It is a shame that such an awesome device has to be flawed by what is probably just a software glitch. Has anyone else seen or heard of this issue and if so is there a simple solution? |
