Memory card problems sony w580i

I did an all white mod on the phone, but I had the grey color one so I had to take apart the whole phone, doing that, somethings went wrong, the sliding part isn't as smooth anymore, and also the phone doesn't recognize the memory card anymore, anyone have any ideas? Phone itself doesn't let me reformat it saying that formatting failed

maybe try taking off the front shell and see if something could be blocking it.
