P990i problems

Hi everyone. I have a P990i for some time and when i record video at maximum resolition is losing frames... and is not nice to wach or record.. anyone knows why?
Eventualy what version i need for the os?
The phone is from Orange uk.. and the phone is on version
CXC162037 R9EC001 when i try to update is saying this is the last version... is there a way to put a better one? And where can i find it? Thanks
