Krzr Problem

My little sister has a Motorola Krzr (red) from AT&T. She was at her friends last night and she said her phone stopped working (shut off). She plugged it in to the charger and it didn't charge.

So she gets home today and tells me all of this so I tried it. Nothing. I plugged it into the charger and watched the outside screen. First it was black (but backlight was lit), then it came up Charging Phone (ya know, motorola UI was there, battery light in corner blinking). Then it went completely black, lit back up to a black screen, and said Charging Phone again. It keeps doing this repeatedly. Same thing w/inside screen as well.

Any ideas? Not modded, not anything. She said she didn't get it wet or drop it but I bet the latter happened. I removed the sim card just in case that was causing any problems - same deal.
