Hey everyone, I'm starting next week at a local At&t branch ... it is not owned by At&t ... it's owned by a local guy. Anyways, I'm just looking for hints, advice, etc., for what to expect, what to do, not to do ... general things, specific things, anything

pay close attention to how your paid, don't be a know it all, and don't be shady cuz your chargebacks will reflect it.

I wasn't aware that AT&T had any agent locations left, I would say that a few things you should in the order below are...

1) Make sure that you are paid mostly Salary, because as an agent AT&T will do anything and everything to make sure that you do as little business as possible via there promotions and marketing free.. free.. free everything to your potential customers.

2) Update your resume.. if your wondering why.. refer to # 1.

It is a former Cell One store -- so we're the only AT&T in town (as of right now).
