Alltel V9m Mass storage mode will not work!

I just reflashed my Alltel V9m with the newest version of S/W and reloaded my previous SEEM edits.
Now reguardless of what I have selected under USB settings it always connects via USB as a modem.
Any ideas on what could of caused this or how I would get my MASS STORAGE DEVICE mode to work again?

Anyone have a way to fix this after the Monster flash?
