MicroSD converstion to RAM?

Sup? I'm new to the manufacturer forums. But anyway, I have an HTC Mogul from Sprint, and I was wondering if there're any programs that convert MicroSD space to RAM. The Mogul has this bad tendency to freeze up on me or lag heavily if too many programs are running at once. Anyone have any ideas on how to put an end to this?

try memmaid from www.dinarsoft.com but it depends on your operating system too.

That option with memmaid is only for pre wm5 and 6. And there is nothing that will do this right now.
