Motorola Z8 Problem

Just bought the Z8 and noticed that most of my incoming calls are listed as unknown..any way to fix this? Also how do you flash this phone to a better firmware, can it be done at home?

Any help will be appreciated

Same problem here w/ my Z8 on Roger's Wireless. Incoming calls never seem to show up. The manual doesn't help. One thing that works for some of my contacts...if you store the contact with their phone number...without parentheses...the number shows up on incoming...however this doesn't work consistently.

I think in the end, the problem is because the firmware has not been optimized in order to handle North American phone number formats...that's only my opinion though. I never had these problems with other Motorola phones and I've had 5; but again, the Z8 is the first Motorola that I've had that does not have North American firmware.
