Move contacts from AT&T Moto RAZR to Sprint Palm Centro

I'd like to move my contacts from my AT&T Moto RAZR to my new Sprint Palm Centro.

I have "Motorola phone Tools" program and also the "Palm Desktop Program".

I just can't seem to figure out what kind of format I need to import into "Palm Desktop" in order for everything to display correctly.

Please help! Thanks.

Ok if you are running Windows OS all you have to do is connect your RAZR and sync your contacts to MSOutlook. Once your contacts are in Outlook you can HotSync your Centro with Outlook and bam your numbers are on your Centro now. I don't/refuse to use Palm Desktop (too iffy.)
