Application Errors

Recently I have experienced problems with my 8830 in the evenings. The device will stop working and display a screen noting, "App Error ..."
The errors have been #553 and #523.
The only thing I have added to my device was Google Sync allowing my office to access my google calendar and update my schedule while out of the office.
Any ideas? I have removed google synch from both my laptop and 8830.
