Backup Games & Apps?

I have every mod that the person that goes by Walkmanguru has... but now i want to get different languages for my phone by flashing FS & MAIN... i have everything else backed up but i dont know how to backup games and apps

You have all? Mmm... then you should know about lifting restrictions in Java files patch.
Combine it with MobyExplorer. Here you can make visible system folder, so when you return to files manager in phone, Java games/apps will be available to send.

You could always just extract the jar files from your phone. Even just moving then to your memory card should do the trick.
