Where do you buy your Keitais?

So...
I just got into this keitai thing, and looked at the prices on ebay
They were like 650$ for a P905i.
On yahoo auctions japan they were more like 350$. Half of the ebay price.

Is there any other site where I can buy any keitais for not an outrageous price?
Is there any where in Japan I can go buy a second hand keitai without the contract?
How much are keitais usually?

It's more difficult because more (all) japanese keitai auction says "do not delivery overseas".

If you go in Japan (Tokyo, Akihabara district) you can found something of used, but the prices isn't affordable and aesthetical conditions of phones is terrible.

Good Luck

First of all Do not double post. You're making Riel do more work than usual and that won't set him in a very good mood.

Second of all, the cheapest way to get a k-tai is to go through Yahoo Japan Auction bidding service. There are tons out on google if you just do a search. Sign up and get someone in Japan to bid for you. Once you win, they will collect a comission fee. you will have to pay 1)Local shipping 2)International shipping (from bidder in Japan to you) which in turn will save you approx 100 dollars or so. Make sure you read carefully as different companies' service varies in their comission and their terms of service.

I know I double posted (* A *)
And I deleted it already

So when I buy it from yahoo auctions Japan can I just use my paypal account or will I have to do some online currency converter thing?

Can I just put the address of shipment as one of my relatives house, and have one of my relatives send it to me?

thanks

you mean you have a relative in Japan? If so, then yeah.. just tell your relative to buy it for you and have it shipped to their house and then tell them to send it to you. I don't think yahoo japan auction accepts paypal so it probably won't work. They only allow local bank cards / visa cards so I'd say directly send your cash over to your relatives instead and have them pay for you.

Going to somewhere like Plemix on X1387 on e bay are they really that more expensive than the routes suggested above.

ebay aren't really that expensive anymore, just yesterday, i saw a red p905i on sale for about US$485, and a blue SH905i for US$350 (Those are actually the final sale price too, i kept it on my ebay watch listed) I am feeling so pissed right now for paying 550 for my p905i.

i noticed that too but I'm not going to commit myself to anything until the 906i comes out.

yeah, but i won't be getting anymore kaitais anymore after my p905i, internet access is one of the main feature i need on my phone, so as long as keitais can't use the internet, i won't be getting anything again. Now, i would probably get the new HTC diamond that are coming out soon.
