Changing Start Menu Shortcuts/Folders

I am trying to change some of the folders/shortcuts in my Pantech Duo..

I know that you can do it, because I have done it in my other phone.
(AT & T 3125 - Star Trek phone)

Everytime that I try to change anything in my DUO,
the phone tells me that it is a "Read-Only" file/folder..
and cannot perform requested action..

Can anyone help..?

I have called AT&T Tech Support, who directed me to Pantech,
but they pointed me back to AT&T.

Please help..

Try downloading and install Total Commander and unmarking the start menu folder as readonly.
