Tmobile Shadow Slider

So ive been wondering if my slider for my shadow is broken and found that it is. The front slider comes down and stops, but it isnt flush with the phone. I think the problem is the rubber piece in the tracks of the slider(small little rubber piece that stops it from going all the way down). I am wondering if anyone have this same problem and is there a way i can fix it?
