text comming even if the phone is lock

i have a lock code on my iphone, even when the phone is locked if a text message come through you can see the number and the message. is there any way that i can make the lock code be mandatroy?

Did you even look at where you enter the passcode in settings?
It says "Show SMS Preview"...just turn it off.
