Thanks for the suggestion. I did find that info when searching, however when I go to HKLM \ Drivers \ BuiltIn \ RIL I do not get the same - I get 'NITZCUSTOMIZED' key listed? Since my phone is newer, is it possible its in a different location?

Once you get to RIL you don't look for keys any further. Withing the RIL key there should be a value EnableFastDormantDisplayDuringCall with its data set to 1. Change the 1 to 0.
