Which one wins?

I like the fact that the Z9 gets good reception and has the Crystal Talk, I don't plan on using internet but the QWERTY on the VU sounds nice compared to texting on a keyboads, plus those numbs might drag me down. I don't need GPS, so that function, while handy, isn't a need.

Any other input would be great.

(note, I am not talking about the VU 920 with TV, as I won't need TV, so the prices are 150 for the z9 and 200 for the vu w/o tv)
