i want to use my cell phone for music, and i already have a 2gb microSD card. therefore, i don't really want to buy a new, 4gb sd card to use with a new phone so i can fit enough music on it.

what phones either have 4gb or more internal memory, or come w/ 2gb and allow you to combine that memory with a microSD card?

i would just get an iphone, but i really don't want to spend $600

You can get a 4gig card for like $20. I paid $30 several months ago, so probably cheaper now.

An unlocked iPhone would serve you well with 8 or 16 gb, and a rumored 32gb coming?

pretty much any nokia s60 phone has the memory slot for up to 32GB cards.

Motorokr E8, 2gb built in. Plus uses microSD cards. You can set it to view both phone memory & card memory, or separate.
