Having huge text messaging issues. V3c

I've had my Verizon RAZR for some time now and never had any issues. I have the alltel firmware but as of a few weeks ago my text messaging has gotten really screwed up.

Everytime i message someone who uses Verizon i get a message in my inbox that says "Message to xxxxxxxxxx Delivered." This does not happen if i message anyone on any other carrier. But besides this bounce back message, my messages get delivered fine.

Also, my picture messaging is now not working. Most of the time i cannot send pictures. I just sent a test pic to a friend on tmobile and he said he was unable to download it. The biggest issue however is i cannot receive any messages from anyone. As of a few weeks ago i could though. Everytime the pic messages will be in my inbox but it says unable to download.

Any ideas? I don't want the hassle of reflashing my phone or anything since i will be getting a new one in June. Any help would be appreciated.
