GPS Logging

Before I ask my question: I fear that the term "GPS logging" may already have a specific definition, so if I'm using this incorrectly, please be easy on me. 
Anyway, I have MS Live Search (using built-in GPS) and CoPilot Live 6 Smartphone (using external bluetooth GSP) installed. With those, or anything else, can I keep track of my jogging route and see it on a map (either on the phone or on my PC)? What about speed or distance calculations? Is there any software that can help me do this?
