I have a SE K850i and I am trying to access the cingularvideo page and the page said me that I need to have a 3g phone and my phone is 3g. Someone help me please. My provider is att

Did you make sure that you see the 3G icon on the phone before you try? Did you try to access the page when you are somewhere else that has better and more consistent 3G signal? Because even if the phone is 3G capable, you'll need to be within range of the 3G signal to get the 3G service.

And did you purchase the phone elsewhere (not through carrier)? Perhaps maybe you need to register your phone with your provider so they'll update your account with a 3G phone and a 3G capable service?

I"m just throwing out ideas since you're not giving much detail about your situation.

I bought the phone on ebay, my phone account have the internet service, with cv included, the SIM card is 3g.

but does your phone have the internet setting for at&t already? if you dont then what your account have doesnt help.
