Nokia 6120c failing firmware update

I got a UK 3 branded 6120c. I changed the product code and installed a new firmware (from 3.8 something to 4.21) according to the instruction found here: http://nokia.nigelcoldwell.co.uk/firmware.htm
I changed the product code from UK? to Scandinavia.
When I started the phone the text "phone start up failed. please contact the retailer" appeared. I have tried to format it with green button + * + 3 + turn on but it wont work! no formatting screen appears. I have also moved the pin code check on sim. Nothing helps. The phone is KAPUTT - what should I do???
Oh yes, I´m using a turbo sim card to bypass the 3´s simcard check but that shouldn´t cause any problem, or?

Try a regular vanilla SIM card.
