Moving Cou sim from iPhone to other phones

Has anyone else with an iPhone had trouble moving their sim to another device? I keep having data connection issues whenever my Cou sim is moved into anything else.

What are you trying to move it into? Have you tried multiple phones?

I am having the same problem. I think it is the iphone postpaid tracking feature that is giving us this error. I used to swap mine back and forth all the time too until i added visual voicemail. From then on, I keep getting data connection problems if i put my cou sim in my v3xx or Q. I emailed the COU team and they told me to do a replace device request and that should do the trick. I did so, however, i still have the same issue.

You have to shoot an email to COU (form is on COU page) and let them know you're having this problem. They'll take care of it for you.
