V8 Ringtone Stops When Phone's Opened.

Does anyone know a way to stop this happening? The Missus likes the ringtone to continue until she presses the Answer button.

Go to Menu then select "Settings" - "Call Settings" - "In-Call Settings" -"Answer Options" - "Open To Answer". Turn this off.

Thanks, but no joy. We've tried that but still we can't get ther ringtone to keep going after the phone opens.
