Motorola i730.....trouble downloading custom ringtones....

Hello all, hopefully someone can help me or link me to a fix for my problem here. I've been having some problems uploading a couple of new ringtones I have made onto my i730 (I know its a dinosaur). For some reason, some ringtones I make will upload with no problems.....but also some won't upload at all. I keep getting an error, which I have taken a screen shot of below.

FWIW, I am using Webjal.....and I always start the Interceptor from my NextPimp Media Center. I am thinking its probably a mistake I am making when I actually make the ringtone itself....but I wanted someone else to see if they might know. Let me know if I need to upload the ringtones I would like to use.....

FWIW, I have searched HF....and googled the error message. There are several topics here, as well as several finds via google. The only thing I found showing a possible resolution was to open the file(s) in WinAmp....and remove the ID3 boxes from the file. Both files I am trying to upload currently don't have these ID3 boxes checked.....

the bitrate of the ringtone has to be 8bit mono 32kb/s if its higher than that, it wont transfer.

I used the i710 for the longest time and I had this same issue so check your ringtone settings and make sure its correct
