Here's a strange issue.

I have a Nokia Arte Sapphire, and I want to change the product code for the obvious reason of debranding.

I have used NSS many times with N95 etc etc, and all works fine.

I have the latest version of NSS and have installed the Nokia PC Suite, and the drivers. The Arte connects to the PC Suite fine.

I start up the NSS and connect the Arte via USB. I click Phone Info and then scan, and the NSS see the phone and gives me the info.

I click the read button and the NSS shows the Product Code and other info for the phone.

I have a list of all the Arte Sapphire product codes, and I delete the original showning in NSS, and type in the new one, and check the Enable box. I then click the write button and I get the writing...done!.

This is all normal so, far, but now the strange bit happens.
I click the read button to check that the product code has changed, and it immediately reverts back to the original Product Code.

So basically it is not writing the new code, even although it indicates that it is?

I have also tried using TNT Enforcer as well, same result.

Anyone any ideas?
