From what I have heard, the best Verizon phone as far as reception goes is the Motorola W385. It's a Motorola, so that makes perfect sense! Just whatever you do, don't get a Samsung if you are having reception problems. A family member of mine always had a dropout in one spot on the highway when he was using an old Samsung and an LG. When he got a Motorola Razr V3m, he hasn't had any dropouts.

The LG enV2 is the best phone that I've had so far, as far as reception goes. However, my LG 8350 only gets one bar less and I have never lost a call with it.

Love my env2!! I also use the Voyager and no complaints with either one. There is a dead spot between my house and my bf's house and he always drops me when he goes through it but I never drop him. NICE!
