MPT won't detect W385

I have installed and re-installed the drivers many times and MPT still won't detect my phone. Does anyone have any other help that might be able to help me out a bit.

Well I was able to at least transfer my contact list from my old phone to my new one. I had to really push the USB in and hold it so that it would keep a connections. So not sure if all the problems are with the programs or the actual connection in the phone.
