[HELP] Unlocking Motorola w510

Hello.
I am trying to unlock my Motorola w510, but I am getting all sorts of errors.
I searched on 4Shared, and other websites, and found "unlocked" flash files...
I flashed my phone, and I got a couple of errors depending on the file...
They range from:
Critical Error DEA1
PH SIG ERROR 35:02:
PH SIG ERROR 39:02:
Some files weren't even picked up by Flash & Backup...
F&B gave me an error that said:
Invalid File Name...
What can I do?
