I had to install the YouTube patch from installer. Fortunately, it fixed the Yahoo mail problem too. Btw, iLiberty+ doesn't install "Installer" app be default. It installs "Cydia", which is a fancier version, but doesn't allow you to add sources, which is a bit of pain. It has potential, so it's worthwhile keeping it to see what the developers will do in the future. This happened to me as well, only it wasn't just YouTube it was almost everything. What I discovered was that everything works MUCH better if you do a full restore in iTunes and set your iPhone up as a NEW PHONE rather than using your backup. Yes it's a pain to lose your emails & all your settings, but iLiberty works SO much better installing over fresh settings & everything should work correctly.
