I debranded my ATT Wireless w580i using setool2lite and the following files:

W580_CDA102568_7_R8A_GENERIC_C_ASIA
W580_R8BA024_FS_C_ASIA_RED52.fbn
W580_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn

I have run into what MUST be a pretty common problem, I was unable to get net/mms access right off the bat, I solved the net access problem through the sony ericsson w580 support page:

this configured Media Net for me. The MMS link failed to download, so I tried settings from page 25 of the debranding thread, however they didnt seem to do the trick...

OK, I followed the link for a "more comprehensive list. [of operators]" then clicked at&t formerly cingular and that one worked...

Mine wasn't working at first, so then I decided to let the phone download the settings itself anyway. Most of the time when it tried to download the settings directly (settings>setup wizard>settings download) I would only get the web browser installed, not MMS. For some reason after I reflashed my phone and tried it again (for the Nth time) it worked perfectly..
