Hi all,

i was installing a patch on my S500i & the phone fell of the desk causeing the cable to disconnect, now the phone wont turn on at all or connect to the computer

any advice on restoring it?

i have tryed everything, but nothing works

Try leaving the battery out for 10 minutes, and then put it back in and put the phone on the charger for a couple hours. It should be able to at least be reflashed

See if you can get it identified with any program like XS++ oe SEtoollite

SEtoolite V.11 identified it, but when i go to re-flash it its screws up and disconnects the phone when the flashing is about to finish.
