Can anyone tell me if they closed down the AT&T line group in this center?
I checked Webphone a few months ago and there were a bunch of contractors. I looked today and there were two contractors left.. none of the trainers...
Before the 2004 merger this center handled BEUC calls and was eventually transitioned to a BCS center.
Hmm... maybe First Premier is their big client now...

Hmm, it'd be interesting if they had... West Corp is shutting my centre down at the end of July, but it's in Canada.
