Well I just want to backup my girlfriends cingular Motorola Razr V3..I have the latest version of MPT 5.0 and it says it can't detect the phone...

I plugged it into the computer originally and I got the Windows XP Popup saying "New Hardware Found" but I needed the driver..

This phone has No Sim Card just the phones memory..I want to take the pix/contacts off for backup onto her computer...

Please can someone help...
