Help me chose my next phone, PLEASE

G-mail accessible
High-speed internet
Ability to browse websites comfortably (not I-phone comfortable) but I had when browsers distort websites
Bluetooth (I don't think there are phones that lack that now!)
Camera

The smartphone aspect isn't REQUIRED if there is another dumb phone that has everything I need.
